Chinese Boiled Pork Dumplings

About the Project

Food For Thought is a community project aimed at bringing people together around good food and equally good conversation.

After living abroad for a number of years and repatriating to the United States, I was confronted by a country that felt disconnected and divisive. I began feeling frustrated and hopeless about our ability to connect with one another based on shared human experiences; and came up with the idea for these community dinners. I believe that when given the right space and opportunity- people can share, learn and challenge each other in respectful ways.

My hope is to provide a space for people of all politics and faiths to come together and learn from one another.
